I have invited some of our ex-coffee shop regulars for a bit of a festive lunch tomorrow (slightly bad planning given that I will be spending much of today sitting my maths exam)and am slightly stumped by menu planning. One is vegetarian, one is dairy free and the other has a nut allergy. Mr V is co-cheffing, and he does not eat mushrooms or parsnips. I feel like I'm doing one of those "Who owns the zebra?" logic problems. Usually if I am feeding dairy free people I go vegan, but I am finding that hard with my nut phobe to consider. Ideally I would like it be Christmassy or at least wintry, and it can include a moderate amount of goats' cheese.
My exam starts in 5 minutes so I can't devote any more thought to it, and I have to do the shopping straight after.
Any suggestions, lovely flist?
