debodacious63My laptop died some weeks ago and I am hoping to amass enough birthday money to replace it as I get very frustrated tapping out posts on my phone. I may have opposable thumbs but they are very plodding when it comes to typing.
I heard a couple of weeks ago that I have a place on the Advanced Nursing Practice Masters at Stirling - excited and trepidacious in equal parts at the moment. I am worried about the workload while working although I do get 48 paid study days per year. The NHS is funding most of it and I just have to find about £1000 over the 3 years which should be do-able. I feel very fortunate because opportunities like this are incredibly limited these days and it has made up for a couple of recent disappointments at work where I haven't been able to take up secondments. Onwards and upwards!
The dude is having a fab summer at Camp America and even a weekend in quarantine with impetigo hasn't dampened his spirits. It is great to see him growing in confidence and broadening his horizons
